Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland’s leading digital agency. We are passionate about innovation, performance and transparency and service our clients in +12 languages and +30 countries around the world.

In 2022, Webrepublic launched a spin-off focused on sports and entertainment called RAWR. For that business, we are looking for a remote Digital Growth Strategist Sports who’s preferably based in Munich. You will have the possibility to work with some of the biggest brands and sports rights holders of the world, and help them drive unique solutions to dynamic challenges. We are therefore looking for a self-starting individual with passion for digital strategies, sports marketing and innovation.

**Your role will include**:

- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to address clients’ unique business challenges and align with the clients’ values
- Coordinating multi-channel marketing and/or sponsored campaigns in collaboration with editorial, branded content and paid media teams
- Innovating and implementing digital sponsorship strategies to cultivate and monetize audiences within the sports and entertainment sectors
- Working closely with clients on projects that require deep understanding, excellent communication skills and a willingness to listen and learn
- Building & sharing marketplace knowledge by gathering industry data and observing new trends as well as relevant brand and consumer habits
- Networking with digital platforms and brands in sport business to expand and constantly improve our offering to clients
- Acting as a liaison between data insights and our clients’ digital strategy department on future packaging of sports & entertainment rights
- Supporting new business development on our clients’ digital platforms and beyond

**You **
- have at least 3 years of experience in digital strategy consulting and specifically for digital marketing in sports (agency, rights holder or sponsor)
- have a strong passion for sports, sports tech and marketing and a proactive approach towards new developments
- bring a holistic view of the commercial inventory in sponsorship models and digital platforms, branded content and innovation in sports
- have excellent organizational skills and a self-starter personality and are fluent in English
