Job Title:

Total Experience Solution Strategist

Location:

Munich, Germany

Description:
  • Develop and manage the Total Experience solutions portfolio, establishing thought leadership in the field and driving business growth.
  • Create customer-centric go-to-market strategies for Total Experience services, leveraging market trends and customer feedback to optimize the portfolio.
  • Act as an internal evangelist for Total Experience, promoting its value proposition and best practices across the organization.
  • Represent diva-e at pitches, customer meetings, and events, showcasing the agency's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Identify market trends and analyze customer feedback to inform portfolio development and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital products/services, product management, or consulting with large clients, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  • Passion for building thought leadership in CX/TX, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • International experience is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team.
