This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of Hiscox's new 'Embedded Partnerships' division within the rapidly evolving world of 'Embedded Insurance'. You will play a key role in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, conducting market analysis, and developing innovative insurance solutions tailored for digital platforms.
Your Impact:
- Lead the expansion of our Embedded Partnerships division by forging new relationships with technology companies and digital businesses.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the embedded insurance landscape.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure partnerships that align with Hiscox's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and underwriting, to ensure seamless integration of insurance solutions into partner ecosystems.
- Monitor market performance and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth within the Embedded Partnerships division.
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Strategy, with a focus on digital partnerships or technology-driven industries.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- A deep understanding of the digital landscape, including API integration, customer journey mapping, and digital sales channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
