**Über die Position**
Es erwartet dich die Chance erste Einblicke in die Prozesse von komplexen Automotive Projekten zu erhalten, speziell in der Abwicklung von Garantierückläufern von der Warenannahme bis hin zur Ursachenanalyse und Fehlerabstellung mit der dazugehörigen Dokumentation (8D Reporting) zum Kunden.
**Dein Team**
Das Hardware Analyse Team ist eine Abteilung des Kundendiensts. Die Abteilung ist für die Ursachenanalyse von Infotainment
- und Telematik System Fehlern speziell im Bereich Hardware Analyse zuständig.
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Arbeitsanweisungen in Absprache mit den verantwortlichen Kollegen
- Konzepterstellung der Ablagestruktur im kompletten Quality Bereich Europe (Netzlaufwerk Verwendung zur Datenablage (Logfiles etc.), Verwendung der Kollaborationstools MSTeams/Sharepoint zur Dokumentenablage)
- Dokumentation von Quality Prozessen und Anweisungen in Harman Confluence
- Unterstützung bei manuellen Funktionstests bei Garantieausfällen
**Was du mitbringen solltest**
- Technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar)
- Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Kollaborations Tools (MSTeams, Sharepoint)
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft neues zu Lernen
- Kommunikativ

- Confluence Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung in Cloud Computing (z.B. MS Azure oder Nextcloud)
