Develop and grow Nordics territory in a global, fast-growing SaaS company that drives the decarbonization of construction, representing half of global carbon emissions_

We are looking for an experienced **Business Development **professional** **to lead and further develop our Northern American market, building a position of market strength and engaging with all key customers and prospects across the territory.

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

You will join the global Business Development team and report directly to the SVP of Business Development. You will work closely with our global business development team as well as the wider company. You will join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

You will work closely with senior and regional leadership to develop and execute a sustainable territory expansion plan that will establish One Click LCA as a key vendor in Nordics. You will build long-lasting relationships with customers to drive additional business and referrals. This role will be responsible for rapidly growing revenues to the full potential within this region.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and grow a local team to maximise our potential in the Nordic region
- Ensure that all opportunities are explored and evaluated to ensure that time and effort are focused on the most valuable opportunities to contribute to the company-wide growth targets
- Coach and recruit/expand Nordic Business Development team
- Provide clear visibility of pipeline, opportunities and all business development activities
- Continually look for new opportunities to grow and expand One Click LCA’s market position across the Nordics
- Represent the company at local events and ensure we are known and active in the market
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure we maximise positive impact within the region
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
- Be an active member of the Global Business Development team, contribute and help build global best practice

**What you need**:

- 5+ years experience in leading sales in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Direct experience selling to the Engineering, Manufacturing, or construction sector
- Experience leading and coaching teams for success
- Good relevant connections across the industry in the Nordic region
- Quantifiable track record of success and growth
- A strong drive to get things done and overcome challenges
- Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style
- Good cooperation skills
- Understanding of and passion for sustainability, ideally in the construction sector, but willingness and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience
- Fluency in English as it is our working language
