Teamleiter*in Sales Development Management/ Telesales (m/w/d)

REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES Pour un périmètre Customer-to-Cash donné, Gestion et développement des équipes : - Crée, avec ses pairs, un environnement de travail qui encourage la responsabilisation, la collaboration et l'autonomie au sein de l'équipe et avec les autres équipes - Guide les équipes en vue de définir des objectifs en adéquation avec les objectifs de l'entité. - S'assure que les équipes disposent des ressources adéquates et suffisantes pour réaliser leur travail - Définit les priorités et aide les équipes à répartir la charge de travail selon ces priorités - Guide les employés dans le développement de leur carrière et des plans de formation associés - Fait des feedbacks, réguliers et en temps opportun, aux employés - Gère les mouvements de personnel en tenant compte des attentes des salariés, et des besoins de l'équipe et de l'entité - Applique les politiques et les procédures de l'entreprise dans le management de l’équipe - Anime le change management au sein de l’équipe Pilotage des opérations et de la performance : - Aide les membres d'équipe à comprendre la vision globale et guide l'équipe vers l’atteinte des résultats fixés - S'assure que les opérations sont réalisés correctement, dans le respect des processus, standards et demandes clients - Organise et optimise les moyens et solutions nécessaires à l'accomplissement des objectifs - Évalue la performance des opérations et s’assure que les mesures correctives soient en place - Coordonne les actions avec les partenaires/clients pour optimiser le niveau de performances - Identifie les situations critiques à venir afin d'anticiper les mesures à prendre - Cherche en permanence à améliorer la performance des opérations ainsi que la satisfaction des clients et employés
