This is a very exciting Job opportunity We are looking for a new CEO for Erasys GmbH based in Berlin with more than 50 employees, from all around the world. Erasys is responsible for the technical development and maintenance of all ROMEO platforms. You will create, and run, the organizational foundation that makes all our feature development possible. With 3 million users worldwide ROMEO is one of the leading Social & Dating Networks for Gay, Bi men, and Trans people. But we guess you know us already?
**Your responsibilities**
- You should have an interest in our product but we need your vision and energy in the field of organizational growth with all the new opportunities for Hybrid Work from Office & Home.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of HR. You will be the direct Line-Manager for various special positions e.g. CTO, Product owner, or Scrum Master
- We are organized into 5 technical teams. Each has a team leader who is responsible for HR topics. They report to our CTO, and you will oversee and support them in their HR work
- You will directly lead our Service team of 2 employees. Together you make sure that our office at the Potsdamer Platz is a great working place where our employees can come together.
- You will be responsible for all financial aspects of Erasys. Together with ROMEO in Amsterdam you will discuss and align for financial planning and future development.
- You will be responsible for all legal topics. Together with the CTO, you make sure Erasys is fully compliant and our Users' Data is safe
**Our Requirements**
- You have excellent knowledge and experience managing teams and all related HR topics, preferably in an agile work environment.
- You understand the importance of delegating HR responsibility to the team leads. You see your role in coaching and overseeing their HR work.
- You have excellent knowledge of the Legal system in Germany and experience in mastering german bureaucracy
- You are a caretaker that has a desire to create the best possible office and atmosphere for our employees
- You have a strong sense of urgency in action and decision-making when needed
- You have a track record of motivating teams and employees
- You feel connected to the LGBT+ community and this is not just a job for you
