**Die Position**
- Unterstützung unseres Einkaufsteams im The Charles Hotel in Zusammenarbeit mit dem "Regional Purchasing Manager Germany" (m/w/d).
- Mitverantwortung für die operativen und strategischen Beschaffungsprozesse des Hotels
- Koordination und Durchführung aller Warenbestellungen in Absprache mit dem Einkaufsleiter und den jeweiligen Abteilungsleitern
- Annahme und Kontrolle der täglichen Warenanlieferungen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Zuständig für die Warenausgabe und Kontrolle der Warenbestände
- Verantwortung für die Organisation, Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Warenannahme und Lagerräume
- Mitverantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren sowie vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für unsere Buchhaltung
- Datenpflege in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem Navision
- Durchführung von Angebotsvergleichen und Preiskalkulationen sowie Verhandlungsgesprächen mit Lieferanten
- Mitverantwortung für effektive Kostenkontrollprozesse
- Ansprechpartner für die operativen Abteilungen des Hotels

**Was wir von Ihnen erwarten**
- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie, im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein abgeschlossenes vergleichbares Studium
- erste Erfahrung in der Lagerwirtschaft ist wünschenswert, idealerweiße in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie
- umfassende Kenntnisse in Warenkunde
- selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit unseren Waren, auch gemäß aller HACCP Richtlinien
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
- ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft
- gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Programmen sowie einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
