MARKETING COORDINATOR D/A/CZ (m/w/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:In close collaboration with the General Manager of PreGel Germany, the primary responsibilities will be executed in alignment with the Corporate Marketing Team based in Italy:
- Proposing and defining corporate and product marketing strategies for the markets in Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic.
- Regular analysis of sales data by product (Sell-In and Sell-Out), market, region, and customer, along with the preparation of periodic reports; market and competitive monitoring.
- In coordination with the ADV-Italy team and the General Manager, developing and recommending media and social plans to enhance the company's image in relevant markets.
- Operational management of social media (utilizing programming tools and creating editorial plans), the company's e-commerce, ADV materials, and language translations.
- Supporting the sales team and trade marketing (communication, distribution of informational materials and presentations, planning and presenting promotional/commercial activities) as well as proposing, executing, and monitoring promotional activities (kits, POP materials, customer engagement, etc.).
- Managing relationships with headquarters and all external suppliers for the sharing or purchasing of promotional and sales support materials.
- Coordinating, in collaboration with the Italian trade show and event team, the preparation process and operational management of trade shows and events, followed by post-event reporting.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing roles; experience in the food sector is advantageous.
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Willingness to travel to some extent, primarily within the country or to neighboring countries.
- Proficient in the following programs: MS Office, SAP, promotional programs.
- Languages: German (C1 level or native), fluent English (B2 level or better C1), knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential qualities for the ideal candidate for this position.
