**The job**:
UEFA is the Host Broadcaster of the EURO 2024 tournament. The International Broadcast Centre (IBC) is the hub of all broadcast operations at every major international sporting event. It houses the core broadcast operations and personnel and provides the focal point for all television and radio operations. The IBC serves as the headquarters of the Host Broadcaster (HB) during the final tournament.

To ensure that EURO 2024 sets a world-class benchmark for sports event delivery, Broadcast Logistics will base a dedicated team at each Venue Broadcast Compound and the IBC, alongside the Broadcast Venue Team. The teams will ensure the venues are ready to receive the Host Broadcast Crews, unilateral TV crews and outside broadcast trucks. Broadcast Logistics is a sub project of Venue Logistics and the team will therefore work closely with the onsite Venue Logistics Team. The Broadcast Logistics Manager will oversee a team of three

The salaries we call are based on several criteria, including the project, general responsibility and the required set of skills. This includes the knowledge & skills already acquired in professional work experience as well as verifiable education in terms of a relevant degree or comparable qualification. Our positions are classified and remunerated according to the above criteria. Therefore, the monthly salary for the

**List of relevant tasks & responsibilities**:

- Support the logístical requirements of the venue-based or IBC based HB staff and any other HB crews, such as ENG (electronic news gathering) teams, who are required to work at the venue
- Coordinate the moving production and technical teams and their bus requirements, in particular for their inter-venue moves (excluding the IBC, as production and technical teams are venue-based)
- Create bus timetables and ensure the teams are aware of the timings and pick-up/drop off points; oversee the departure and arrival of the teams at the venues and hotels as required
- Compile and display transport timetables and route maps to and from the venue to the HB hotels; purchase and distribute tickets if staff are required to travel by public transport
- Support the management of the Broadcast Logistics vehicle fleet; drive the vehicles for HB staff transfers and running errands, such as purchasing supplies for break stations
- Work closely with the broadcast logistics team at the sister venue to coordinate recces and any inter-venue moves; at the IBC, liaison may be required with all ten venues
- Work closely with the Venue Logistics Team to manage additional vehicles and assistants if required (excluding the IBC, as no Venue Logistics Team is based there)
- Assist with the distribution of parking passes for HB and provide the broadcast liaison team with the passes for rights-holding broadcasters
- Liaise with the venue logistics core team in Nyon and Frankfurt to manage the HB staff hotels and rooming lists, be the local contact for check-in and out procedures, requesting early/late check-ins and outs, spare room allocation, additional room requirements and parking provisions for UEFA vehicles
- Oversee the use of the HB office and storage containers during the event
- Assist with the delivery, installation and post-event collection of furniture for the Venue Broadcast Centre, IBC and studios; keep a record of any changes or damages; coordinate the storage of furniture spares and supervise any replacement stock requirements
- Receive and distribute office supplies to the relevant offices; order resupplies as required during the event; keep a detailed file of items, quantities and cost
- Supervise the use of the HB golf buggy
- Manage the cleaning schedule of the broadcast compound temporary offices, toilet blocks and storage space and the respective areas at the IBC
- Assist with the sorting and distribution of all HB uniforms
- Ensure that the break tent and break station areas in the broadcast compounds or at the IBC are kept clean and and stocked with the relevant hot drinks, water and snacks; purchase supplies as required, keeping a record or all orders and costs
- Assist with the HB logistics venue expenditure procedure, keeping accurate records of all expenses
