As member of an international team in a growth-stage, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient running of different day-a-day processes of business: manage administrative tasks in purchase orders with suppliers, land lease contracts and other transactions.

**_ REQUIREMENTS_**:

- Excellent command of written and spoken German and English. Spanish would be a plus
- Good soft skills and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills, since good coordination and management with different parties will have a significant impact on business success.

**_FUNCTIONS AND TASKS_**:

- Manage administrative tasks related to renewable projects:

- Creation and management of SAP purchase orders. (Training provided)
- Loading and inputting invoice entries on SAP.
- Suppliers payment monitoring.
- Creation and management of land lease - and other - contracts in SAP Real Estate Module. (Training provided)
- Land owners payments monitoring.
- In coordination with the global team in Madrid, support in preparation of annual budget, participate in the monitoring of the budget and explain main variances (in English language).
- Managing and monitoring tasks related to other transactions (acquisition of SPVs, creation of legal entities )
- Communication: work with the communication department of Iberdrola Renewables Germany in
- Participation in communication events (conferences, trade fairs, etc.)
- Coordinating relations with external suppliers if necessary.
- Any other tasks related to administrative support
