**What will you be doing**

ICB’s Business Management has a critical role to play in the success of the business. The function works alongside the business leadership, functions and product partners to deliver the operating infrastructure for International Corporate Banking. ICB’s globally based BMs are based across 4 regions. Business management is part of the wider Investment Banking BM function, which in turn is part of the Global Finance Function. The Coverage Business Management team plays a key role in supporting the UK and international Coverage business with:

- Development and execution of strategy and monitoring progress
- Executing commercial initiatives for growth
- Driving performance management to build a high performance culture
- Creating operating models for differing client segments cost base assessment, management and optimization
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives both in conception and execution with a focus on client experience
- Implementing and maintaining a strong control environment
- Managing impact of change programmes on clients and front office colleagues
- Driving the people and colleague engagement agenda

**What we’re looking for**
- Support the day to day running, profitable performance, growth and future strategy of ICB Europe across segments, sectors and geographies.
- Work closely with the Head of ICB Europe in the day to day running of the businesses, chairing key committees including ICB Europe Management Team (ICB Europe MT), supporting the strategy and the execution of short, mid and long-term actions and manage priorities across the business.- Oversee the Support provided to ICB and sector heads providing business management support for the day to day running of the business, driving strategy and execution.
- Where necessary, flex the priorities and focus areas of the team to reflect those of wider coverage priorities while also providing consistent delivery and high quality support on longer term commitments.
- Support the day to day running, profitable performance, growth and future strategy of ICB Europe across segments, sectors and geographies.
- Work closely with the Head of ICB Europe in the day to day running of the businesses, chairing key committees including ICB Europe Management Team (ICB Europe MT), supporting the strategy and the execution of short, mid and long-term actions and manage priorities across the business.
- Provide Dedicated business management support to the Head of ICB Europe
- Provide visible leadership across ICB Europe and partner teams in IB and TB, and the Business Management Team, across all locations for ICB.

- Experience of wholesale financial services - preferably with direct experience of working in a Corporate Banking or Investment Banking environment
