**Ihre aufgaben**:
**Assist on Strategic / business matters on behalf of the Management of Global Markets**
- Organize and follow-up strategic meetings with all BUs in Germany as well as in interaction with the Headquarter.
- Efficiently support the Head of Global Markets Germany and Austria on diverse projects, sales and trading efficiency monitoring, regulatory requirements and cost control.
- Prepare any strategic paper for review by the Head of Global Markets Germany & Austria in coordination with the Team Heads and business partners.
- In coordination with FIG, the BM prepares client reviews, business trackings and resource allocation under the control of the Head of Global Markets Germany and Austria
- Support on the PCRU responsibilities for MARK (incl. coordination with other BU of the Group)
- Participate in client base exercises (Client portfolio reviews, etc.)
- The BM controls the logistic organization and content of performance monitoring tools such as Business Reviews, Business Committees, etc.
- The BM will be involved in new reuglatory requirements arising due to Global Markets Business and MARK PCRU responsibilities

**Organize and follow-up commercial and cost synergies for Global Markets**
- Monitor the implementation of ad-hoc actions (periodic committees, specific targets, etc.

**Ihr profil**:
**Experience and technical skills**:

- University Degree in Business Administration or equally
- Knowledge of the financial industry and Global Markets products and topics
- At least 3 years’ experience in the financial industry, preferably within a Global Markets division
- High interest in new trends and technologies and thrive on innovation
- High level of presentation and moderation skills
- Proven track record in relationship building
- Fluent in German, English - both verbal and in writing
