- Project Management - support in the conceptual development and execution of projects and strategic initiatives, preparation of reporting to senior management, support in follow-up actions and tracking
- Analysis of revenues and sales results, client data as well as research on potential growth opportunities and business partnerships in close collaboration with functional partners

- Our 2-year Student Trainee Program in collaboration with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is your opportunity to gain the work experience you need to launch your career. It is also your opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharpest employees from different departments and functions.
- From the start of the program, you will be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations and strategic projects. You will not only learn about our core wealth management business supporting our client advisors but also learn about and collaborate with middle and back-office functions across the bank. Experience our unique working culture in a complex and rapidly changing industry.

**Your team**
- You will be part of the central Business Management Team of UBS Global Wealth Management in Germany, located in our European Headquarter in Frankfurt. Your team operates as the interface function to our market head and our client advisors. As part of the team, you will be supporting and improving the day-to-day business processes for our client advisors. Further you will be working on strategic projects and creating reportings and presentations for our market head. Help us improving our operational processes and further elevating our business model in Germany and Europe.

**Your expertise**
- You have completed your bachelor’s degree and bring the following skills and abilities with you:
- Collaborative and inclusive working spirit
- Service-oriented, hands-on, and pro-active working mentality
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written in German and English)
- conceptual and organizational skills plus the ability to work independently, and to assume responsibility
- experience in creating senior management presentations and reportings
