Die Rolle
- Eigenständige Akquisition von institutionellen Anlegern verschiedener Kundengruppen in Deutschland in einer Tandembetreuung verschiedener Sektoren
- Analyse von Marktanforderungen und Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Akquisitionsmaßnahmen auf der Grundlage einer klar definierten Vertriebsstrategie
- Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Analyse von Marktpotenzialen im jeweiligen Zielkundensegment
- Aufbau langfristig orientierter Kundenbeziehungen mit hoher Bindungsqualität
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus den Bereichen Portfolio Management, Product Management, Marketing und Risk Management an Unternehmensstandorten in der Schweiz, Frankreich und Luxemburg

Expertise
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder eine bankspezifische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb für institutionelle Kunden von Spezialfonds oder Publikumsfonds bei einer Asset Management-Gesellschaft oder einer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft
- Bestehendes gutes Netzwerk an Kundenkontakten in der genannten Zielkundenklientel
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, eigenverantwortlich neue Kundenkontakte zu entwickeln und bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen strukturiert auszubauen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Kapitalmärkte und der Kapitalmarkttheorien bekannter Rendite
- und Risikogrößen und von Entscheidungsabläufen im Management von Kapitalanlagen
- Gute Kenntnisse über die relevanten regulatorischen Regelwerke und Gesetzesgrundlagen in Deutschland, (VAG-Richtlinien, KAGB, AIFM, Solvency II und MIFID-Anforderungen)
- Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit der Trends aus unterschiedlichen Produktbereichen des Fondsgeschäfts und zur Ableitung strategischer Handlungsalternativen
- Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
