**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**You know how to build and lead a world class deep-tech customer success management team in a super-fast growth environment?** In that case, you are ready to step into your next role as the Global Lead of our Customer Success Team for our Laser Scanning Professional customers.**

We are hiring for a key new member of our leadership team within our Customer Experience (CX) organisation. Reporting directly to our Global Head of CX, you will have the opportunity to enable our customers in the Laser Scanning industry for continued growth and success globally alongside your team. The Customer Success team that you will lead, consists of over 10 professionals with several years of experience and deep expertise within our industry being based out of Munich, the UK and the USA.

**THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM'S AND YOUR MISSION THIS YEAR**:
Enable our Customers and Partners to Scan, Process and Analyze more.

As the leader of our Customer Success Management team your mission is to drive customer adoption. Usage is our ultimate measure of customer success and happiness. Together with your team you generate the insights, develop the vision, and set up the CSM function & processes, tools, and the team culture that drive usage.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**:

- Your leadership skills will be instrumental in setting your team up for success, measured through increased customer satisfaction, an enriched customer care portfolio, and more
- Together with our Customer Education team, you will work towards elevating the onboarding experience of new customers all over the world
- You will collaborate closely with our Laser Scanning Sales team to ensure the upselling/renewing of our hardware and software
- You will simultaneously ensure discuss with the product teams the needs and requests of our clients to upgrade our existing product portfolio

**WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE**:

- The ability to lead a team with empathy, transparency and a strong vision will be key to strengthening your team's and, in turn, NavVis' overall performance
- With your expertise and hands-on experience in leading a customer success team previously, especially in the Tech and/or civil engineering industry, you will have an efficient start in this exciting role
- Your experience in process optimization and driving change from start-up to scale-up stages will help you settle into this role with relative ease
- For a successful collaboration with other stakeholders - both internally and externally - you bring a high level of initiative, assertiveness, and communication skills (written and spoken in German as well as English)
- You have a strong analytical and agile mindset, and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Based around Munich, Germany
