**Deine Aufgaben**:
Die Business Customer Success ist eine zentrale, operative Schnittstelle zwischen Verkauf, Einkauf, Engineering, Logistik und Accounting. Als Team Lead im Bereich Customer Success Management bist Du verantwortlich für die Führung eines engagierten Teams und die Erreichung definierter Ziele im Zusammenhang mit der Zufriedenheit unserer internen und externen Kunden. Du arbeitest in flexiblen Teilen operativ und strategisch. Du bist eine Schlüsselperson in unserer Organisation und trägst dazu bei, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern.

Du bist neben der disziplinarischen Verantwortlichkeit der Moderator, Trainer und Leader für unser Team der Business Unit Customer Success. Zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten zählen u.a.:

- Einhalten der definierten KPI’s (bspw. Reaktionszeiten)
- Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess
- Leitung, Rekrutieren und Motivation vom Customer Success - Team
- Flexible, operative Unterstützung des Teams
- Sicherstellung einer überdurchschnittlich hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
