**Senior Global Macro Rates Sales (M/F/d)**

Frankfurt Full-time/Part-time permanent

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking is a bridge between large multinationals and mid-sized companies with international business activities (Corporates) and institutional investors and financial service providers (Institutionals). **Challenges that let you grow**:

- Promoting the Global Macro Rates platform to German/ Austrian Institutional clients
- Growing BNPP's Global Markets Macro footprint and market share with German/ Austrian Institutional clients and here especially with German/ Austrian banks and agencies
- Develop and own marketing strategy and deploy to the relevant stakeholders at client level
- Acting as relationship manager for firm's key clients, working with them to deliver their long term strategy and products and services in the Global Macro Rates space
- Working with Global Macro Trading, Strategy & Research and other relevant areas
- Organizing product and/ or client specific conferences/ seminars and workshops
- Development of the franchise by enhanced cooperation between Trading, Sales and Research

**Skills that convince**:

- At least five years of experience in relevant sales positions for Global Markets, Macro Rates/ Fixed Income Sales to the relevant and above mentioned client groups
- Master degree in Finance or similar
- Very good knowledge and experience in the finance industry with a good understanding of capital markets through several years in relevant roles
- Possess very deep understanding of Fixed Income products, especially Rates and Macroeconomics
- Ability to work with precision and grow business opportunities and client connectivity
- Client focused working attitude
- Characteristics such as team ability, self-motivated and attention to detail
- Fluency (written and oral) in German and English
