**DEINE TÄTIGKEIT - Was wäre Deine tägliche Arbeit bei uns?**
Der Senior Sales Executive (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für den Ausbau von Bestandskunden, als auch der Neukundengewinnung in einem zugewiesenen Segment. Dabei vertreibt der Stelleninhaber das gesamte Lösungs
- und Leistungsportfolio von ATS Global und berücksichtig in diesem Zusammenhang die lokale strategische Ausrichtung.
**Aufgaben**:
- Vertriebliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte Bestandskunden und Gewinnung von Neukunden in definierten Marktsegmenten
- Analyse der Kundenherausforderungen und Abbildung auf das Beratungs
- und Leistungsportfolio von ATS Global
- Verantwortung und Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses von der Bedarfsweckung und Anforderungsanalyse bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss und in diesem Zusammenhang Durchführung bzw. Koordination aller vertrieblichen Maßnahmen auf lokaler (DACH) wie auch internationaler Ebene (internationale, cross-functional Teams)
- Ausarbeitung und verantwortliche Umsetzung von Account Plänen für definierte Bestandskunden
- Pflege des CRM-Tools, Berichtswesens und fundiertes Umsatz-Forecasts
- Mitwirkung an Marketingevents wie Messen, Webcasts, Konferenzen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit dem Service Delivery Management
**DEIN PROFIL - Qualifikationen, die Du mitbringst**
- Abgeschlossenes, idealerweise technisches, (Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen und Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Beratungsleistungen und komplexen Digitalisierungslösungen (alternativ industrielle Prozessautomatisierung) im Fertigungsumfeld
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von industrieller Fertigung in mindestens einem Bereich wie Automotive, Machinery, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Food & Beverages, Life Science und anderen
- Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Prozessautomation, HMI/SCADA, MES/MOM, Advanced
Planning, Quality Management, IIoT
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Informationstechnologie und die Fähigkeit Kundenherausforderungen auf das Lösungs
- und Leistungsportfolio von ATS Global abzubilden
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in regulierten Industrien und fundierte Kenntnisse entsprechender Standards (FDA, GAMP, GMP, ATA33) wünschenswert
