Als Teil der Unternehmensbank bietet der Bereich Risk Management Solutions (RMS) Unternehmen ganzheitliche Risikomanagement-Lösungen für das Corporate Treasury. Hierzu zählen insbesondere die Quantifizierung, Steuerung sowie Absicherung globaler Fremdwährungs
- und Zinsrisiken mittels derivativer oder nicht-derivativer Finanzinstrumente. Durch die aktive Nutzung digitaler Vertriebskanäle begleiten wir unsere Kunden lokationsunabhängig bei ihren geschäftlichen Aktivitäten. Das Team RMS MNC fokussiert sich hierbei auf die Betreuung multinationaler Konzerne mit globaler Präsenz und komplexem Risikoprofil. Als Teilbereich dessen konzentriert sich das Rates Team in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Treasury Abteilungen unserer Kunden auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Zinssicherungs
- sowie Zinsmanagement-Lösungen. Diese Lösungen kombinieren das Angebot der Bank aus den Bereichen Zahlungsverkehr, Liquiditätsmanagement, Risikomanagement, Zins
- und Devisenhandel sowie Handelsfinanzierung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie berichten an den Leiter RMS Rates MNC DACH (Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz) und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Zinssicherungs
- sowie Zinsmanagement
- Lösungen für multinationale Konzerne, Immobilien-Unternehmen sowie große Kunden des öffentlichen Sektors
- Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zu regionalen, zentralen und globalen Businesspartnern u.a. aus M&A, DCM, Lending, Zins
- und Devisenhandel der Investmentbank sowie den globalen RMS Bereichen und stellen eine optimale Ausschöpfung der Produktpalette sowie des gesamten Kundenpotenzials sicher
- Sie entwickeln und erkennen eigenständig produkt
- und dienstleistungsübergreifende Cross-Selling Ideen und stellen eine rechtzeitige Einbindung der jeweiligen Produktexperten sicher
- Als Prozessexpert*in für Rates Lösungen unterstützen Sie die RMS MNC und Corporate Coverage Teams bei Akquisition, Etablierung und Vorantreiben automatisierter Lösungen innerhalb der betreuten Kundenpopulation
- Sie entwickeln research
- und datenbasierte Analysen, die das RMS MNC Team bei der Generierung von Sales Ansätzen unterstützt.

**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- Sie haben ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie sind erfahren im Bereich Kapitalmarkt, insbesondere hinsichtlich M&A Situationen und Bond Emissionsprozesse und verfügen über ein umfassendes Verständnis über die regulatorischen Anforderungen (MiFID, WpHG) und Dokumentation von Kundengeschäften.
- Sie besitzen fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Zinsderivate, Produktlösungen und dazugehörige XVA-Berechnungen und sind erfahren in der selbständigen Beratung und dem Produktvertrieb für internationale Kunden. Insbesondere verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen bei komplexeren Zinsderivate Transaktionen.
- Sie konnten bereits ein Netzwerk zu internationalen Kunden, Mittelstandskunden und Kunden des öffentlichen Sektors aufbauen.
- Sie zeigen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Leistungs
- und Abschlussorientierung gepaart mit guter Team-, Kontakt
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
