**About the team**

Did you know that we help the biggest banks in Germany to cope with Strategic Treasury, Bank Book & Market Risk Regulations? Those banks rely on FIS technology and our staff serving them with unparalleled Professional and Managed Services. The European banking industry is going through historical changes with Europe at the heart of this transformation. Every bank is currently re-thinking their IT architecture to master the global macro challenges ahead of us: Climate Stress Tests, ever changing interest rate environments, challenging business forecasting and simulation especially because of massive regulations. Not to forget proper regulatory reporting and centralised data warehouses.

Group Risk Managers and Treasurers of banks in Germany and Austria approach FIS to learn about best practice and solutions to their challenges around Capital Forecasting, Liquidity squeeze, Capital shortfall, IRRBB, Intraday Liquidity, Cash Forecasting, IFRS 9and integrated balance sheet management to stay on top of the banking industry.

Due to massive growth (120%+) and the strongest pipeline ever within the **FIS Treasury & Risk Team covering banks in Germany and Austria, **we are currently looking to recruit an ambitious, hard-working A-Player Sales Executive to contribute to the success of the sales team.

What you will be doing
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify potential customers, reach out to new leads, and nurture relationships to create a strong sales pipeline.
- **Consultative Selling**:Understand customer needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and drive tangible results.
- **Proposal Development**:Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders (legal, commercial team) to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and secure successful deals.
- **Account Management**:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to seize new business opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**:Log activities in CRM system together with accurate forecast ing.
- **Collaboration**:Connect with peers and internal colleagues to better understand the wider FIS proposition and offerings to further expand accounts.
