**DEIN JOB**
- Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen mit Deiner Expertise und erstellst maßgeschneiderte Metrics für ihre Social-Media-Analysen in unserer eigenen Abfragesprache _Quintly Query Language_ (basierend auf SQL).
- Du optimierst und pflegst die Standard Metriken auf der Grundlage von wiederkehrendem Kundenbedarf.
- Du fungierst als 2nd-Level-Support, um die Customer Success Experts und Sales Manager bei technischen Fragen zu unterstützen sowie die Realisierbarkeit von Kundenanfragen zu prüfen.
- Du wirst Expert:in für alle verfügbaren Datenpunkte der verschiedenen Social Networks und berätst Kunden über den sinnvollen Einsatz innerhalb der Metriken
- Du hast die technischen Entwicklungen und Trends immer auf dem Radar und informierst Stakeholder über Neuerungen und Änderungen.
- Du hast Deine und unsere Prozesse im Blick und bist immer daran interessiert, diese kontinuierlich zu verbessern, damit wir den hohen Anforderungen unserer Kunden stets gerecht werden.

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Deine Ausbildung oder Studium ist nicht egal, aber relevanter für uns sind Deine Erfahrungen, die du in der technischen Betreuung von Kunden sammeln konntest.
- Du hast ein sehr gutes logisches Verständnis
- Du bringst Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SQL mit - gerne auch andere Programmier-/Skriptsprachen.
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Technologie und der Social Media Welt, Erfahrungen mit Analyseprodukten sind da ein großer Vorteil.
- Du bist kontaktfreudig, kommunikationsstark und souverän im Umgang mit Kunden.
- Deine Eigenverantwortung hilft Dir, Deine Kundentermine und Projekte selbstständig in Deinem Arbeitsalltag strukturieren zu können.
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, ergebnisorientiert und bist ehrgeizig, Deine Ziele zu erreichen.
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch und kannst Dich in beiden Sprachen gut ausdrücken.
- Du hast Freude daran, in einem Team mit einer hoch professionellen Crew zu arbeiten.

Unser Team Adoption Experts begleitet neue Kunden innerhalb des persönlichen Onboardings mit einem hohen Produktwissen bei den ersten Erfolgen mit **Facelift**.
