Als unser Technical Customer Support Manager (m/w/d) wirst du die Qualitätssicherung für unsere Kunden unterstützen. Was das bedeutet? Du bildest eine wichtige Schnittstelle in der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Partnern (aus dem Bereich Online-Publishing) und analysierst Performances auf unserem Dashboard. Auch die Steuerung von Online-Kampagnen unserer Netzwerkpartner und die eigenständige Konfiguration von Werbebannern liegen in deinem Aufgabenbereich. Zudem wirst du dein technisches Know-how in HTML, CSS und JavaScript einsetzen. Dabei wirst du umfassend vom Team unterstützt.

- Technische Konfiguration von Werbepositionen
- Aufbereitung von technischen Anfragen bezüglich der Integration unserer Produkte und eigenständiges Lösen von kleineren Problemen
- Selbstständige Konfiguration von Werbebanner-Layouts (wir zeigen dir wie)
- Kommunikation zu technischen Themen mit unseren Kunden (auf Deutsch und Englisch)
- Entwicklung und Präsentation von Integrationsstrategien für unsere Kunden
- Steuerung der Online-Kampagnen unserer Netzwerkpartner
- Regelmäßiges Update unserer Publisher Excel-Dokumente
- Sicherer Umgang mit Gmail, Excel, Word und klassischen Internet-Anwendungen
- Routine in MS Office (vor allem Excel)
- Basic-Know-how in HTML, CSS und JavaScript
- Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Ganzheitliches, analytisches Denken und ein strukturiertes Vorgehen
- Organisationsgeschick und einen guten Überblick im Umgang mit Zahlen
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der technischen Kundenberatung und -betreuung, idealerweise rund um Digitales/Online Marketing (gerne auch Quer- und Berufseinsteiger:innen)
