Ennismore is the management company of 16 hotel brands and looks after all Ennismore hotels in the DACH region from Hamburg - including the 25hours hotels. To date, the portfolio includes 15 hotels in the cities of Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Düsseldorf, Paris, Copenhagen, Florence, and Dubai. 25hours Hotels are exceptionally individual hotels and satisfy an urban, style-conscious audience with surprisingly uncomplicated hospitality.

15 hotels in 12 cities - and all rooms always occupied. You give 25hours a face in our Head Office Sales Team, representing all 25hours hotels on the market. Through close contact with our customers, you ensure that we always have full hotels and the best parties. We look forward to having you as

**Head of Revenue (M/F/d)**

**How you make our hotels special**
- Ideally, your home base is in Hamburg, and you are responsible for the Revenue Team at the Head Office in Hamburg.
- Together with our VP of Commercial Development, you are responsible for developing an effective strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and needs.
- You directly and professionally lead a team of (Cluster) Revenue Managers. This includes selecting, training, and guiding the team to achieve the company's objectives in the rooms segment.
- Monitoring forecasts and budgets is also your responsibility, as is the preparation of regular reports on progress in achieving goals and commenting on results.
- You keep a cool head even when all lines are buzzing, and your team colleagues from the Sales, Reservations, E-Commerce, and Distribution departments are calling simultaneously.

- You already have some professional experience in revenue management and team leadership.
- You have demonstrated success and speak very good English.
- You have the ability to think analytically and make strategic decisions.
- You are a doer and admit when you've made a mistake.
