**Verantwortung & Tätigkeit**:

- Implementierung und Wahrung der Revenue Strategien und des Yield Managements sowie der Angebotslegung
- Disziplinarische Führung des Revenue Teams in unserem Central Sales Office
- Direkte Kommunikation an den Corporate Director of Revenue und Reservation
- Maßgebliche Mitarbeit an der Preispolitik, sowie Beteiligung an der Erstellung des Umsatzbudgets in Abstimmung mit dem Cluster Director of Revenue Management sowie die ständige Kontrolle und Umsetzung in Bezug auf eventuell notwendige Anpassungen in der Ausrichtung der Preispolitik
- Operative Umsetzung der Revenue Strategien
- Daten
- und Informationsbeschaffung rund um das aktuelle Buchungsverhalten aller Segmente, um entsprechende Statistiken, Analysen und Revenue Kennzahlen zu erstellen und diese, in Abstimmung mit dem Director of Revenue Management, entsprechend in die Verkaufsstrategie einfließen zu lassen
- Wartung und Update der Raten in MARSHA/HPP/OPERA/OneYield
- Mitbewerberanalysen und Erkennen von Revenue Potentialen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Marriott Standards im Revenue Management

**Qualifikationen & Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung und mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrungen im Revenue oder Reservierungsbereich
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Flexible Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verständnis für die Hotelindustrie
- Interesse an Angebots
- und Marktrecherche
- gutes Zahlenverständnis
