Für unser Büro in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Junior) Revenue Executive (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Vollzeitanstellung.


Unsere deutsche Finance-Gruppe, die integrierter Teil des global positionierten Business Finance Teams ist, verantwortet die Abwicklung aller Prozesse der Bereiche Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr, Reisekostenabrechnung und Liquiditätsmanagement.


Ihre Aufgaben:


Sie erwarten breit gefächerte Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Debitorenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr und Liquiditätsmanagement. Als Teil unseres deutschlandweiten Business Finance-Teams sind Sie u.a. verantwortlich für:


• Koordination und Überwachung von Abrechnungsabläufen, Zahlungseingängen, Gutschriften und Abschreibungen unter Einhaltung von bindenden und pflegenden Fristen sowie interner Richtlinien.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und zentralen Teams
(national/international), zur optimalen Abstimmung des Rechnungsstellungsprozesses in verschiedenen Ländern.
• Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Rechnungsentwürfen in enger Abstimmung mit den Partnern und deren Teams sowie anschließende fristgerechte Rechnungsstellung an unsere Mandanten.
• Unterstützung bei der Anlagenbuchhaltung in den Bereichen der allgemeiner Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil:


Als versierter Allrounder verfügen Sie:


• über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder
Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine erfolgreiche Ausbildung im Finanzsektor, mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling.
• erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und mit Debitorenprozessen sind wünschenswert, gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis und

analytische Fähigkeiten.
• über sicheren Umgang mit den üblichen MS Office-Anwendungen, moderner IT- und Kommunikationstechnik sowie branchenspezifischen Tools und Datenbanken.
• über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
