**Job purpose**

Lead the Global Ocean Freight Solution Delivery team to drive the successful delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements, drive quality, operational efficiency, and comply with legal and company regulations. Collaborate effectively with key partners like carriers, data providers, and customers to advance our digitalization agenda. Continuously monitor compliance and ensure compliant business practices and processes, while also safeguarding business continuity. Review and propose improvements to the OFR technological landscape, leveraging the latest technologies to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance and fostering collaborative digital initiatives.

**Principal accountabilities**
- Strategic Solution Delivery: Develop and execute strategic plans for solution delivery aligned with organizational objectives and market demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with key stakeholders, including carriers, data providers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction within the global Ocean Freight network.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to legal and company regulations by monitoring and enforcing compliance measures throughout the solution delivery process.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement processes for continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and optimizing solution delivery practices to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with solution delivery, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of solution delivery initiatives, driving accountability and measuring success.
- Talent Development: Develop and mentor a high-performing team of solution delivery professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead initiatives to explore and implement innovative technologies and methodologies that drive competitive advantage and differentiate Ocean Freight solutions in the market.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that solutions delivered meet and exceed customer expectations while driving value and enhancing overall customer experience.
- Management responsibility: Leading a team consisting of multiple experts who exercise independence in assignments

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Strategic leadership in solution delivery
- Establish and implement solution roadmap that has short to mid-term (1-5 years) impact on business results in alignment with OFR Global Target Operating model and overall business strategy
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with various stakeholder levels to ensure alignment and support for solution delivery agenda and effectively manage change
- Ability to develop a strong and high performing solution delivery team
- Ability to coach and develop direct reports in line with DPDHL Leadership Attributes
- Education level - Master's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience - more than 8 years
