ist eine etablierte und im Markt bekannte Personalberatungsgesellschaft & Vermittlung für die internationale Hotellerie, Touristik, Catering Branche, Lebensmittelindustrie, Zulieferindustrie und vielen weiteren Branchen seit über 20 Jahren.

Für eine private Hotelgruppe, mit 18 Hotels & Resorts in Deutschland, Spanien, Italien und der Schweiz suchen wir den
Director of Revenue Management (m/w/d) / für die Zentrale in Berlin.

Die Stelle wird ab sofort besetzt bzw. in Abstimmung. Die weitere Vorgehensweise ist entsprechend abzustimmen.

Aufgaben
- Betreuung der Hotels in den Bereichen Yielding und Revenue Management
- Proaktive Unterstützung bei Markteinführung und Betreuung neuer Hotels
- Marktpositionierung und strategische Ausrichtung in Kooperation mit dem CEO, dem Management-Headquarter und dem Yielding & Revenue Team
- Steigerung von Revenue, ADR und RevPar durch dynamisches Yielding und permanente Marktbeobachtung aller Häuser im Portfolio
- Regelmäßige Mitbewerberanalysen im Yielding und Anpassung der Revenue-Strategien
- Tägliches Reporting im Yield-Management
- Stetige Überprüfung der Raten
- und Segmententwicklung und setzen von Prioritäten
- Analyse von Corporate und Leisure-Accounts sowie Kontingenten
- Festlegung der Gruppen
- und und individuellen Raten-Strategien
- Pflege der Distributionskanäle in unseren Systemen

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, bestenfalls in der Hotellerie sowie praktische Erfahrungen und Erfolge
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Yield
- und Revenue Management
- Idealerweise ausgeprägte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Reservierung (und Verkauf)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in strategischer Raten
- und Arrangementgestaltung sowie in den entsprechenden Vertriebswegen in der Hotellerie und in ihrer Steuerung
- Affinität zu Statistiken und Auswertungen / KPIs
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
