**Your Profile**:

- **BE YOURSELF** - Be authentic and yourself
- Completed training in the hotel industry or completed studies with a focus on tourism and relevant professional experience in revenue management
- Analytical and structured way of working
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Very good language skills in English
- Good knowledge of common MS-Office programs
- Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a must

**Your Main Duties**:

- Maximize room revenue and RevPAR Penetration (RGI) by setting and following respective strategies
- Define & assure effective pricing strategy for all market segments
- Management of a team of 3 members
- Monitor competitor pricing and understand the dynamics of the market
- Monitor PMS data management, i.e. inventory management, segmentation, rate loading, IDEAS revenue management system
- Generate monthly and yearly forecasts and budgets for room revenue
- Control of individual and group reservations to ensure compliance with chain-wide standardized working methods
- Report directly to the Head of Revenue Management in the Headoffice
