HR Analytics and Esg Expert

For our headquarters in Heidelberg, we are looking for an HR Analytics and ESG Expert (f/m/d) who shapes with us the cultural transformation of Heidelberg Materials. In this newly created position, you will be a member of the Group Human Resources Team and report directly into the Head of Compensation & Benefits of Heidelberg Materials.
**Your next challenge**:
ESG & Reporting
- You coordinate all workforce related ESG reportings (such as DEI, Adequate Wages, etc.) for our annual report and other publications
- You understand, assess and drive the implementation of all workforce-related reporting requirements of CSRD, ESRS and the EU Taxonomy including the build-up of an appropriate global reporting structure
- You collaborate closely with our Communication, ESG, IT and Finance departments as well as with local HR contacts in our 50+ countries worldwide
- You support defining and executing the company’s ESG strategy from the Group HR perspective
- You define, develop and assess workforce related ESG KPIs
HR Analytics
- You develop, standardize and automate management reports on HR KPIs in joint collaboration with our Workday team and HR Business Partners
- You are responsible for the staff cost controlling for our Group functions thereby defining and developing a reliable reporting infrastructure
- You lead the annual staff cost planning for Heidelberg Materials
- You analyze and understand the company’s personnel cost structure and identify optimization potential
Global HR projects
- As a member of the Group Compensation & Benefits team, you have the opportunity to contribute to other global HR projects
**Your profile**:
- You have a university degree
- You have 2+ years of experience in Human Resources (consulting or industry), preferably with a focus on HR controlling, reporting and/or analytics
- Knowledge of ESRS and CSRD is a plus
- You are a team player who enjoys collaborating in an inclusive and trusting working environment
- You work with pronounced analytical and quality mindset
- You are proactive, well-organized and able to work independently
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with an HR suite such as Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus
- You have very good English and German language skills
