**About This Role**:
In this role you will be responsible for primary and secondary research data collection, analysis, and execution to inform activities inclusive of evidence development, pricing, reimbursement, market access, and commercial strategy.

**What You Will Do**:

- Conducts research and analysis on market opportunities, market access, evidence requirements and pricing for new health care products and services
- Aggregates and analyzes findings from both secondary and primary research activities
- Summarizes key takeaways from the research and implications to the client
- Performs data analytics by contributing to the development of health economic models, developing figures/tables, and conducting analysis in relevant analytical programs
- Creates value communications in the form of dossier, white paper, and publication drafts
- Develops high-quality project materials, written reports, and presentations within established timelines for internal review
- Collaborates with project managers and other team members to deliver analysis and recommendations
- Conducts interviews with healthcare stakeholders.
- Synthesizes and interprets findings with mínimal editing from project managers.
- Generates near client-ready drafts of materials dependent on project needs
- Crafts draft executive summaries with some guidance from senior staff
- Manages project timelines and coordinates with clients as needed
- Trains and mentors new and junior associates in the development of materials
- Provides leadership, training, guidance, and support to other associates
- May provide constructive feedback on performance of peers to functional management

**Qualifications**:Required skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant work experience, or Master’s degree and 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to present high impact client ready deliverables
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with multiple key stakeholders
- Leadership ability on small or large projects with guidance from senior staff
