Retail Customer Service & Backoffice Specialist

Als Back-Office-Mitarbeiter für unseren Specialized Flagship-Store mit Werkstatt in München bist du für die Unterstützung des Verkaufs
- und des Werkstattleiters im administrativen Bereich verantwortlich. Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den Kunden und den Verkaufs
- und Werkstattteams und trägst dazu bei, dass der Informationsfluss nahtlos verläuft und dass wir viele Rider mit unseren Bikes glücklich machen.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE- Professionelle Betreuung von Kundenanfragen und -terminvereinbarungen per Telefon und per E-Mail- Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden bezüglich Inspektions
- und Reparaturterminen- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Verkaufs
- und Werkstattteams, um einen nahtlosen Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten- Unterstützung des Verkaufs
- und des Werkstattleiters im administrativen Bereich- Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen- Überwachung von Bestellungen und Lieferungen- Verwaltung von Lagerbeständen und Bestellungen- Pflegen von Kundendaten, insbesondere datenschutzkonforme Kontakterlaubnis- Durchführung von Erinnerungen an ausstehende Termine, insbesondere für Leasing-Kundendienste- Durchführung von E-Mail-Kampagnen, um inaktive Kunden wiederzugewinnen
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z.B. Hotelfach, etc. oder technische Ausbildung mit Bezug zu einer Auto
- oder Zweiradwerkstatt- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im Umgang mit Kunden- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Fahrradeinzel
- oder großhandel- Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Kundendaten und in der Durchführung von E-Mail-Kampagnen ist wünschenswert- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen und Deadlines einzuhalten- Teamorientiert, proaktiv und detailorientiert- Leidenschaft für das Thema Fahrrad in allen Facetten
