**Sie möchten **
- einen Multi-Channel Marketing Ansatz/Projekt zu einem umfassenden cross-funktionalen Customer Engagement Ansatz weiterentwickeln?
- Die Planung, Umsetzung und Messung von cross funktionalen und kanalübergreifenden Customer Journeys begleiten und vorantreiben?
- Projekte aus Marketing, Medical, Communications und Market Access verantworten?
- die Technologien bzw. technischen Grundlagen (auch mit IT/Business Applications) weiterentwickeln, um dem Business analoge aber vor allem digitale Optionen zur Kundeninteraktion zu ermöglichen?
- ihre eigenen CRM, Content Management, digitalen Marketing wie auch Dashboard Management Erfahrungen samt KPI Definitionen pro-aktiv einbringen?
- eine daten-getriebene Mentalität wie auch vor allem die dafür notwendigen (u.a. technischen) Grundlagen schaffen und auch eng mit Business Intelligence / Applications Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten?
- neuartige, effektivere und effizientere Geschäftsmodelle wie auch Arbeitsweisen identifizieren, pilotieren und implementieren sowie sich pro-aktiv in einem agilen, stark wachsenden und sich schnell entwickelnden Biopharma Unternehmen einbringen?
**Sie haben**
- ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium und verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
- eine hohe, auch technische, Affinität zu technischen Lösungen (z.B. Veeva, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) und Programmiersprachen (z.B. Drupal oder Wordpress),
- ein breites Skill Set an Methoden wie z.B. Design Thinking, Scrum oder Kanban, um erfolgreiche, kreative und innovative Implementierungen samt breiter Teameinbindung sicherzustellen,
- belegbare Erfolge in Bezug auf relevante Strategiedefinitionen und operativer Implementierungen bezüglich Multi-Channel Customer Engagement vorzuweisen
- sich als Experte auf Ihrem Gebiet in der Industrie einen Namen gemacht und bringen ein breites Netzwerk an weiteren Experten und auch Dienstleistern mit, welche neben dem kommerziellen auch den medizinischen, wie auch gesundheitspolitischen Bereich abdecken,
- ein gutes Verständnis für die Abläufe und Notwendigkeiten eines stark wachsenden Unternehmens durch eigene Erfahrungen in Biotechnologie und Start-Up Firmen.
