Wir suchen für unser Team Operations & Infrastructure im Workplace Management eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die sich auf die fachliche Entwicklung und taktische Steuerung der Themenkomplexe internes Ticket
- und Auftragsmanagement, Dienstleistersteuerung unserer Rahmenvertragspartner sowie auf den technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudebetrieb fokussiert. Du wirst gemeinsam mit dem People Lead (personelle Führungskraft) die Verantwortung für ein neu entstehendes Team übernehmen, wobei dein Schwerpunkt auf die Nutzerzufriedenheit durch (Weiter-)Entwicklung von modernen Services und ausgezeichneten Prozessen liegt. Darüber hinaus bist du Teil des Führungsteams des gesamten Workplace Managements, das aus vier Teams besteht.

**Dein Beitrag auf dem Weg zur Tech-Dienstleisterin**:

- Du leitest aus Vision und Mission die konkreten Aufgaben und taktischen Ziele für deine Verantwortungsbereiche ab und sorgst für die fristgerechte Umsetzung
- Du sortierst, bündelst, priorisierst und realisierst Anforderungen gemeinsam mit dem People Lead und garantierst damit eine grandiose Performance deines Verantwortungsbereiches
- Du behältst den Überblick über alle relevanten Prozesse, entwickelst diese stetig weiter und kannst die darin enthaltenen regulatorischen Anforderungen und Risiken managen. Dazu hast du die KPIs/SLAs für deine Services stets im Blick und optimierst auf Basis von Daten, klärst Schnittstellen und Verantwortlichkeiten und leitest die Teilprozessverantwortlichen an.
- Du wirst als Service Lead die gesamten Prozesse der Betriebsphase der Gebäude verantworten und sicherstellen. Dabei behältst du das Nutzererlebnis im Fokus.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team Concept und Development und dem Kundenmanagement werden fachliche Konzepte oder Produkte entwickelt. Du unterstützt in deren Einführung und Weiterentwicklung und verantwortest die Umsetzung. Indem du den Markt beobachtest und Nutzerbedürfnisse analysierst, richtest du deine Services zukunftsorientiert aus, entwickelst sie weiter und definierst im Einklang mit dem Zielbild entsprechende Maßnahmen.
- Du hast das Budget für deinen Verantwortungsbereich immer im Fokus
- Du bist Bestandteil einer FM-Notfallkontaktgruppe und teilst dir mit der Gruppe die Erreichbarkeit im Notfallmanagement außerhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeit auf

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Einen Studienabschluss, Ausbildung, Meister*in oder Fachwirt*in im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudemanagement, Immobilienwirtschaft, Corporate Real Estate Management, Technische Gebäudeausstattung, Ingenieurwesen, gebäudetechnischen Berufsbildern oder vergleichbar hast du in der Tasche - falls nicht: Kein Problem, erzähl uns deine Geschichte
- Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Gebäudebetrieb, dem Managen der Wartungen und Instandhaltungen von Gebäude
- und Sicherheitstechnik, von infrastrukturellen FM-Leistungen und im Auftrags
- und Ticketmanagement. Du hattest bereits eine vergleichbare fachliche Führungsrolle inne.
- Du bist versiert in der Geschäftsprozessmodellierung und -optimierung und hast Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit SLAs und der Interpretation von KPIs
- Durch deine konzeptionelle Denkweise und analytischen Fähigkeiten kannst du Themen taktisch vorantreiben
- Du besitzt Innovationsgeist und hast stets kreative Ideen und kannst so dein Team begeistern und inspirieren
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit Moderationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
