We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Business Development to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business and forging strategic partnerships. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, targeting new markets and clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and nurture key strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, and other stakeholders to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development goals with product development and marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Represent 1000 Kelvin at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and promoting our brand.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape, adapting strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the additive manufacturing or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful business strategies and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Passion for sustainable manufacturing and a deep understanding of the additive manufacturing landscape.
