**Your Mission**:
As a Senior User Researcher, you will be responsible for the research activities in a domain area and help our multi-disciplinary teams translate findings into actionable insights that create digital products and services meeting user needs. **More About The Job**:

- You identify and prioritise research opportunities for one multidisciplinary project team including designers, product managers, developers and transformation managers.
- You develop and maintain a strong understanding of user needs, behaviours, and motivations through end-to-end research initiatives.
- You triangulate primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative data to create a rich picture of user behaviour to optimise user journeys and identify knowledge gaps.
- You prepare, carry out and mentor designers on a wide range of user research activities, including in-depth interviews, concept-testing, usability testing, surveys, and beyond at every stage of the product development lifecycle.
- You collaborate closely with and guide colleagues from a multidisciplinary project team to analyse research data and synthesise clear and actionable findings in an agile environment.
- You work with our Senior User Researcher on establishing operational standards to increase quality and develop the research practice.

**Your Profile**:

- You have experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the research and product/service development process in an agile and complex environment.
- You have expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including qualitative interviews, usability testing, surveys and user journey mapping.
- You have experience in helping teams adopt analysis and synthesis techniques and approaches for presenting and sharing findings.
- You feel confident to deliver quality research findings at pace, advocating for user research and engaging sceptical colleagues and stakeholders.
- You have the ability to include all kinds of users in appropriate research activities to help teams understand the diversity of users of government services, familiarity with government or public sector is a plus.
- You speak German and English fluently (C1). We use both English and German in our daily work.
