Our cross-functional product teams at flaconi continuously develop our digital products (webshop and app). As a UX Researcher (all genders), you will support the product development in the teams by providing insights into user needs and motivations and thus contribute significantly to the new development and conception of the platform.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of designers, researchers, analysts and product owners who are responsible for the flaconi experience. In this inclusive, supportive and accessible environment, the insights you generate will enable the teams to design products that meet the needs of our customers.

**Your role**:

- As a Senior User Researcher (all genders) you strategize, plan, and execute a variety of research studies such as user experience tests, onsite surveys, and focus groups
- You select the most appropriate survey methods that align with the specific product and research objectives, ensuring accurate and reliable results
- You combine findings from different data sources and thus contribute to drive data-driven decisions. To do this, you work closely with other insight roles (e.g. analysts)
- Besides this you effectively convey user insights to cross-functional product teams and stakeholders and utilize various communication formats, including presentations, workshops, and other interactive sessions, to make research findings impactful and actionable
- You support our product teams in continuously evaluating the performance of our platform and identify areas for improvement
- Take a lead role in advancing our research practices and embed the significance of user research and data-driven methodologies within the organization's culture

**Your Profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a user researcher in a company or agency and experience in conducting, evaluating and presenting qualitative and quantitative user studies
- Confidence in articulating your research and being able to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience with web and app-based ecommerce platforms, understanding the intricacies of these digital marketplaces
- Hands-on experience in working with agile product teams (e.g. in the context of Scrum or KANBAN) process
- and data-driven personality with good understanding of how to deal with customer data and observation skills
- Advanced German at least on a C1 level and English is required
