Wir suchen ab sofort oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt einen **Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) für den Kundenservice und Auftragsmanagement.**

**Unser Kunde ist seit 20 Jahren Spezialist im internationalen Onlinehandel für die Marken im Bereich Porzellan, Glas, Silber und Wohnaccessoires.**

**Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben**:

- Beraten der **internationalen Kunden **auf **Deutsch und Englisch**:

- Prüfen und Bearbeiten eingehender Bestellungen
- Terminieren der Lieferungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf und der Logistik
- Erstellen von Angeboten
- Reklamationsmanagement
- Betreuen von internationalen Projekten
- Mitarbeit bei segmentspezifischen Marketingmaßnahmen

**Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit**:

- ** Vorzugsweise Studium** im Bereich (Fremdsprachen, Hotellerie, Touristik) oder eine **abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung**:

- Fließendes, in der Praxis angewandtes** Englisch in Wort und Schrift** ist Voraussetzung
- ** Sehr gute EDV-Affinität (MS-Office)** Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
- Hohe **Vertriebs
- und Serviceorientierung**:

- Solides kaufmännisches Grundwissen
- Freundlicher, verbindlicher Kommunikationsstil
- Sorgfältige, detailorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
