LEERDAMMER® ist der beliebteste Käse Deutschlands. Ein besonderes Augenmerk legen wir auf nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und die damit verbundene Initiative für Weidehaltung. Zwischen Frühling und Herbst verbringen die Kühe, von denen unsere Milch stammt, an mindestens 120 Tagen im Jahr ein Minimum an 6 Stunden pro Tag auf niederländischen Weiden. Wir sind davon überzeugt, dabei nicht nur etwas für das Wohl unserer Kühe zu tun, sondern dass dadurch der unvergleichliche Geschmack von LEERDAMMER® entsteht.

- und Vertriebsgesellschaft in Deutschland, der Lactalis Holländischer Käse GmbH, beschäftigen wir ca. 100 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.

Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

Als serviceorientierter, erfahrener Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung für einen definierten Kundenkreis.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Erfassung und Überwachung von eingehenden Kundenaufträgen in SAP, deren Kontrolle, Validierung und Freigabe
- Koordination der Bestellungen unter Berücksichtigung einer optimalen Auftragsstruktur sowie der Warenverfügbarkeit
- Reklamationsbearbeitung durch Kontrolle vorliegender Preis-, Mengen
- und Produktreklamationen in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Vertriebsmitarbeiter und / oder unserem Dienstleister

**Dein Profil**:

- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Groß- und Außenhandel, der Logistik oder vergleichbar
- ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung, Zahlenaffinität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- gute SAP-Kenntnisse im Bereich SD / MM
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie selbständige, zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an abteilungsübergreifenden Tätigkeiten
- neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen auch gute Englischkenntnisse
