**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You organize and structure topics in all HR matters for the complete Business Area in close collaboration with your team colleagues in and outside of HR AND you are able to act as a classical independent HR Business Partner for “your” Business Function and drive all strategic HR topics together with your unit.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Understanding the relevant priorities, deriving a HR Strategy, and ensuring their implementation in collaboration with HR colleagues in the regions and centers of excellence
- Managing and/or overseeing cross-functional HR projects, programs, and initiatives for the Business Area overall: e.g. compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development programs, succession risk management, delegation and reporting
- Ensuring alignment on HR topics within the team (e.g. compensation projects), preparing and reviewing Business Area management material
- Preparing meetings and workshops for Business Area management as well as coordinating cross Business Area projects (e.g. development initiatives)
- Supporting the further development of our organization, leading the HR-relevant part of strategic projects and accompanying the organizational development
- Coaching and supporting leaders on leadership effectiveness and work environment changes

**What You Bring**
- Master´s degree in business administration, economy, Human Resources or organizational psychology
- Longstanding professional experience in a demanding, international HR environment
- Preferably initial HR and/or Communications experience and know-how in developing and implementing strategic concepts
- Good understanding of modern IT technologies and their implementation in a global context
- Experience in working on international and interdisciplinary projects, initial experience in project management is desirable
- Excellent English language skills, German language skills would be ideal
- Willingness to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies plus self-starter with strong analytical skills
