**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible to drive the strategic direction and the development of a the function “Specialized HR and EQS Solutions” (SHE) in Value Center APF HRS
- Manage a team located in Germany and Romania, supported by a strong external supplier and service provider mandated with the implementation and operations of the new HR Digital landscape
- Develop the strategic direction (Digital Strategy, Digital Architecture, Digital Roadmap) in several business capabilities of HR (Travel & Expenses, HR Analytics, Data platforms et al.) and EQS together with the Global Process Owners and the Digital Business Partner, ensuring close collaboration between HR/EQS, Business and Digital
- Support the Business Partner for HR and EQS by strongly aligning with all key stakeholders and collaborators in HR/EQS, Business and Digital (Hub Digital, Digital Business) for all demands and projects in the assigned business capabilities
- Ensure that your Portfolio of Projects is accurately prioritized and provides insights into its Business Value, and is in sync with Digital Strategic Direction and executed according to Budget, Quality and Time
- Develop a balanced Strategic Workforce Planning for your internal as well as your external workforce and build positive relationships with your key suppliers, always acting within the overall Digital and APF Supplier Framework
- Make sure to leverage standards for Digital internal processes and tools, like ServiceNow as well as craft the Communication & Change Management approach for your function with specific focus on your User Community as well as your own Employees
- Set-up best practice sharing with other industry leading companies for topics related to the assigned business capabilities to gain outside-in perspectives and ignite impactful changes to your area of responsibility
**What You Bring**
- Successfully completed University studies or a comparable education
- Professional experience (at least 3 years) as a Line Manager as well as longstanding professional experience and significant knowledge in at least one of the business areas Human Resources or Environment, Health & Safety
- Specific experiences in major core domains of Digital like: Digital Strategy & Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Change Management, Data Analytics, Financial Management
- Modern and innovative digital problem solver with a strong bias towards transformation as well as a valued sparring partner for our key Stakeholder in HR and EQS across the Globe
- Excellent networker with optimally first experiences guiding international teams, and taking business stakeholder along with you on this journey
- Being part of a bigger team with APF, within Digital and SE overall and live the SE Values and Leadership Essentials
- Fluent in English and German
- Sound strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills as well as the ability to implement
