**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Regional HR Services Lead to ensure efficient HR services delivery while driving transformation initiatives within the region. You will be responsible for well-functioning processes, end-to-end delivery, and implementing harmonized workflows. Your role encompasses supporting HR IT/Business Process initiatives, working together with service providers, and playing a pivotal role in global HR transformations, all while ensuring the continuity of ongoing operations.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Seamless partnership with the Regional HR Services Lead to guarantee streamlined delivery of HR services across a provider network, encompassing tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, inquiries, and data management
- Drive change initiatives within your area of responsibility, often spanning multiple HR functions and involving business leaders
- Enhance your expertise in processes to create a resilient organizational framework for the future
- Support various HR IT/Business Process projects, leveraging your regional expertise and playing a pivotal role in implementation across assigned countries
- Maintain strong collaboration with the business process outsourcing service provider, ensuring high-quality operations and addressing any deficiencies
- Contribute as a key participant in our global HR transformation project, all while ensuring the uninterrupted continuation of ongoing operations

**What You Bring**
- Master's degree in Business Administration with focus on HR or HR/IT and Business Information Systems or a comparable qualification
- Vast experience in HR services/business processes incl. shared services/BPO (HR administration, payroll, HR query management)
- HR IT proficiency in Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP preferred
- Managing/supporting HR Services partner/vendor ecosystem as well as track record in change/improvement projects within HR services
- Strong problem-solving as well as excellent analytical, decision-making, organization skills
- Very good command of German as well as outstanding communication in English
