Director of Business Development (m/w/d), Berlin

Aufgaben
- Hauptansprechpartner für Sales & Marketing, verantwortlich für strategische Kosten-, Budget
- und Forecast-Erstellung
- Leitung, Training und Coaching der Teams im Meeting & Events, Field Sales und Marketing
- Planung und Umsetzung der Teilnahme an lokalen und internationalen Messen und Verkaufsaktivitäten
- Repräsentation des Hotels auf diversen Kunden
- und brancheninternen Networking-Veranstaltungen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Hotelzentrale und Hotel
- Strategische Verantwortung für alle Segmente, insbesondere MICE, Corporate, dynamic Leisure und Leisure Gruppen
- Mitwirkung an der Neupositionierung des Hotels in Zusammenarbeit mit namhaften Agenturen
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Marketing-Konzeptes des Hotels sowie der Bereiche E-Commerce, Social Media und CRM.
- Leitung der Rev-Max Meetings zur Preisgestaltung von Veranstaltungs
- und Gruppenanfragen
- Durchführung von Strategy Calls und Revenue Meetings mit externem Support und Hotel-Teams
- Steigerung von Revenue, ADR und RevPAR durch dynamisches Yielding und kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung
- Preisentscheidungen in Anlehnung an Strategie, Budgetvorgaben und Markttrends
- Monatliche Meetings mit den OTA Market Managern zur Planung notwendiger Aktivitäten

Qualifikation
- Vertriebsprofi mit empathischer Persönlichkeit
- Starkes Key Account Management und gute Kundenakquise-Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Gute Marktkenntnisse des Berliner und deutschen Marktes
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Agieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Revenue Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im Yield System Duetto von Vorteil
