Sales Aufgaben:
- Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für Sales & Marketing und verantwortlich für die strategische Kosten-, Budget
- und Forecast Erstellung
- Du leitest, trainierst und coacht die Teams im Meeting & Events, Field Sales und Marketing
- Du planst die Teilnahme an lokalen & internationalen Messen & Verkaufsaktivitäten und setzt diese um
- Du besuchst diverse Kunden
- als auch brancheninterne Networking Veranstaltungen und repräsentierst das Hotel
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kempinski und Hotel Bristol Berlin
- Du hast die strategische Verantwortung für alle Segmente (Hauptsächlich MICE, Corporate, dynamic Leisure und Leisure Gruppen)
- Du bist ein Teil des Bristol Teams zur Neupositionierung des Hotels in Zusammenarbeit mit namenhaften Agenturen
Marketing Aufgaben:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Marketing Konzeptes des Hotels und für die Bereiche E-Commerce, SocialMedia und CRM
Revenue Management:
- Du leitest die Rev-Max Meetings zur Preisgestaltung von Veranstaltungs
- und Gruppenanfragen
- Du führst Strategy calls und Revenue Meetings mit dem externen Support und Hotel Teams
- Du steigerst Revenue, ADR und RevPar durch dynamisches Yielding und permanente Marktbeobachtung
- Du triffst Preisentscheidungen in Anlehnung an Strategie/Budgetvorgaben/Markttrends
- Du hast monatliche Meetings mit den OTA Market Managern und planst notwendige Aktivitäten
Außerdem:
- Du übernimmst die strategische Entscheidung der Positionierung des Hotels nach dem Umbau
- Du überwachst die Erstellung und Verwaltung unserer Markenidentität
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Owner (VP Hotel Commerce & Development) und Hotel Bristol Berlin
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Systemlandschaft des Hotels (PMS, S&C, Channel Manager, Duetto)
- Du legst klare Ziele für die Geschäftsentwicklung fest
- Du bist Mitglied des Execuitve Teams
- Du führst Schulungen durch zur Entwicklung persönlicher Fähigkeiten & Leistungsbeurteilungen
- Du analysierst die Marktlage mit Hilfe interner und externer Reports
- Die monatliche Bearbeitung des Month-End-Letters übernimmst du gemeinsam mit dem Director of Rooms
- Du planst und überwachst die Sales & Marketing Kosten
- Du nimmst an langfristigen Meetings mit Schlüsselpositionen im Hotel teil
- Du erhältst kontinuierlich das Bewusstsein für aktuelle und zukünftige Wettbewerber (z.B.: auf Produkte, Angebote, Preise)
Dein Profil
- Du bist ein Vertriebsprofi mit einer empathischen Persönlichkeit
- Du bringst ein gutes Key Account Management mit und bist gut in der Kunden Akquise
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Du hast gute Marktkenntisse des Berliner und deutschen Marktes
- Du hast analytische Fähigkeiten und agierst strategisch
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Yield System Duetto sind von Vorteil
