Responsibilities and Duties:

- Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals.

Lead efforts to expand into new markets, with a focus on increasing market share and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Establish ambitious sales targets and ensure the achievement of these goals across all regions.

Global Pricing Strategy:
Lead the formulation of competitive and profitable pricing strategies to enhance the company’s position in the global market.

Analyze international market trends, customer insights, and competitive pricing to guide strategic decisions.

Work closely with finance and product development teams to ensure alignment between pricing and overall business objectives.

Business Development:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-value business opportunities across global markets.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and major clients.

Oversee the negotiation and execution of strategic contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Leadership & Team Development:
Provide visionary leadership to a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive team success.

Mentor and develop sales leaders, ensuring the team is equipped to meet the company’s global growth ambitions.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Lead the effort in gathering and analyzing market intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Present regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts to the executive leadership team.

Adapt sales strategies based on real-time data and feedback to maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.

Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments and international offices.

Customer Success & Relationship Management:
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Integrate customer feedback into strategic planning to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

Competencies:
Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving common goals.

Strategic Vision: Capable of setting a clear vision and strategy for business growth.

Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial management and analysis.

Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship management skills.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.

With minimum 20 Yrs experience with the global speciality chemicals companies in the similar products and in the capacity of Head Sales for minimum 5 years.

Knowledge of working with the Indian organisation will be preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- With minimum 20 Yrs experience with the global speciality chemicals companies in the

similar products and in the capacity of Head Sales for minimum 5 years.
- Hunting experience and Account mgnt experience is a MUST.
- Knowledge of working with the Indian organization will be preferred
- Location
- Remote Working + customer visit as per requirement (must be willing to travel across Europe)
- Joining time / Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.

Citizenship:German National

Pay: 150.000,00€ - 175.000,00€ per year
