Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Global Sales Expansion to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team at DemoUp Cliplister, a pioneering company revolutionizing content creation services for top brands and retailers.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package includes attractive benefits and flexible work arrangements.

Job Responsibilities

As the Head of Global Sales Expansion, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ARR growth and expand our global market presence.
  • Leveraging strong leadership skills to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.
  • Fluency in business English and German; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
