**Ihre Rolle**
- **GBI Project Management & Coordination according to standards**:
**Global initiative progress coordination for GBI team & preparation of regular management updates incl. cross-regional rollout activities**:

- Support project team leads in planning, system updates & regular reporting
- Coordinate initiative documentation in a structured & aligned approach
- Monitor & report progress for GBI group & Global Opportunity Management (GOM) team

**GBI Team Project Performance Management**:

- GBI innovation pipeline management
- External collaborative engagement
- Responsibility for KPI, capacity and communication management within GBI
- Potential membership of GOM as Project Management Practitioner
- collaboration with GOM team to deliver best practices & maximize results
- Assessment of project management tools
- Support development of best practice standards & recommend improvements for GBI team

**Support of Global Organizational Development & Onboarding Programs**:

- International communication, support, organization & planning of technical career development program (PADT)
- Plan, organize & coordinate international onboarding & knowledge transfer activitiesprograms
- Development of E-Learning sessions for GBI team related technical trainings

**GBI Team assistance & administrative office organization***
**(incl. travel management & team organisation)**
- Organisation, coordination & preparation of internal (team) & external meetings (e.g. regular updates )
- Support of annual planning activities for VP GBI & team
- Office infrastructural coordination & administration of demand for projects & daily office supply needs (e.g. BANF )

**Ihr Profil**
- Completed professional training/apprenticeship, ideally in the commercial sector
- B. A. studies
- Foreign language secretary or comparable
- Several years of experience as management assistant desirable
- Very good English in word and writing
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and SAP
- High level of integrity, discretion and initiative
- Organizational talent, resilience and flexibility
