- Doctolib sucht einen _**_Head of Hospital Deployment (x/f/m)_**_ in _**_Vollzeit_**_. Deine Aufgabe wird es sein, eine leistungsstarke Teamkultur und robuste Prozesse zu schaffen, um Doctolib in Krankenhäusern, Medizinischen Ambulanzzentren (MVZs) und Reha-Einrichtungen erfolgreich einzuführen._

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche Leitung und Entwicklung des Hospital Deployment Teams (25+)
- Coaching der Team Leads und des Teams entlang der gesamten Projektimplementierung sowie in der Personalführung um die Geschäftsziele zu erreichen
- Verantwortung für die Einstellung und Nachbesetzung von Mitarbeitenden
- Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessen zur Leistungsfähigkeit und Zielerreichung der Mitarbeitenden sowie zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Verantwortung für das Erreichen der vorgegebenen Ziele gemäß der Unternehmensstrategie
- Definition Lösungs-Design (Was ist enthalten, was ist nicht enthalten etc.) mit Implementierungsstandards
- Methoden-Entwicklung (Weiterentwicklung 360° Methode, Blueprints, Use-Case-Szenarios, Leistungskataloge)
- Projektcontrolling, Kontinuierliche Verbesserung zur Steigerung der Produktivität
- Prozessmanagement (intern), Qualitätsmanagement

- Ein gutes Verständnis der Gesundheitsbranche und von dem Einführen neuer IT-Lösungen bei Krankenhäusern
- Du verfügst über eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Leitung komplexer Projektumsetzungen und bringst ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten mit
- Du bist strukturiert, analytisch und datenorientiert
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, eine überzeugende Vision sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich zu formulieren
- Du erkennst dich in unseren Doctolib Values wieder (Service, Care, Act, Learn)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch ist ein Plus
