As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing and Advertising (m/f/d) to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.


Job Description

As the Head of Advertising and Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, manage a team of talented individuals and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing and Advertising topics, including Digital, Print, Web, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the Marketing department
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Ensure our brand and message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor competition on they promote and advertise
  • Coordinate cross-departmental marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Ensure the implementation of our company objectives across all Marketing and Advertising efforts


Requirements

  • > 5 years of experience designing, running and managing successful (digital) marketing campaigns
  • Experience as Team Lead or Head of in Advertising and Marketing within our industry
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot
  • Experience with technologies like Kafka, Flink, Spark, AWS Kinesis or similar
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals for the team
  • Analytical but innovative mind
  • Bachelor or Master in Marketing or relevant field
