Als Head of DevOps (m/w/d) koordinierst du die Entwicklungsaktivitäten im Software
- und Infrastrukturbereich für externe und interne Zielgruppen für Viessmann Produkte und Systeme. Ziel ist es, höchste Kundenzufriedenheit und die Einhaltung der festgelegten Leistungs
- und Qualitätsstandards mit Entwicklungsteams der verschiedenen R&D Center zu erreichen.

- Zielgerichtete Führung des DevOps Teams
- Ausarbeitung von Entwicklungsperspektiven für deine Teammitglieder und Ressourcenplanung
- Übersetzen von Anforderungen in Lösungskonzepte
- Automatisierung von wiederkehrenden Aufgaben im Software-Lebenszyklus
- Schaffung von Kostentransparenz und Identifizierung von Einsparpotentialen im Cloud Umfeld
- Skalierung von IT-Systemen zur Kostensenkung oder Last-Management
- Unterstützung im Serviceprozess insbesondere im Bereich von Prävention von Kunden Impact sowie der Analyse für den Grund einer Störung

**Das bist du**:
Du konntest bereits Erfahrung als Team Lead oder Manager sammeln, hast aber genauso viel Spaß an der täglichen fachlichen Arbeit im agilen Umfeld. Außerdem bringst du neben einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenem Hochschulabschluß in der IT, folgende Qualifikationen mit:

- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer führenden Position
- Gute Kenntnisse von Continuous Integration & Deployment-Tools (z.B. Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, Docker)
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Cloud-Plattform (vorzugsweise Microsoft Azure)
- Erfahrung in Programmiersprachen (vorzugsweise JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go, Python oder Java)
- Gute Kenntnisse der IT-Sicherheit (z.B. SSL/TLS, API-Sicherheit, OAuth 2, SAML)
- Erfahrung mit Infrastruktur-Bereitstellung & Infrastructure-as-Code-Tools (z.B. Terraform, Ansible)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
